About Sons Of The Forest

Embark on an entirely new adventure from the creators of 'The Forest'. You are sent to a remote island to find a missing billionaire, but instead find yourself in a nightmarish world filled with cannibals. Craft, build, and fight to survive, either alone or with friends, in this open-world survival horror simulator. You have complete freedom to explore the island however you want. There are no NPCs to give you orders or missions; you are in control of your own destiny. Face off against a variety of mutated creatures, some of which are almost human-like, and others that are unlike anything you have ever seen before. Arm yourself with pistols, axes, stun batons, and more to protect yourself and those you care about. Every interaction matters; break sticks to make fires, use an axe to cut out windows and floors, and build a cabin or a sea-side compound. Take advantage of the seasons and pluck fresh salmon from streams in spring and summer, and store meat for the cold winter months. You are not alone on the island, so as winter approaches and resources become scarce, you will not be the only one looking for sustenance. Co-op gameplay is available, so you can survive alone or with friends. Share items and work together to build defenses, and bring back-up to explore above and below ground.
